Benita Krista Nall is a native of Palo Alto, CA. Despite growing up in the heart of Silicon Valley, she found her calling in the Fine Arts.

Her love for the arts was put on hold while she attended Howard University in
Washington, D.C., where she earned a B.B.A. in Marketing. After graduating, she
remained in the D.C. area and studied acting. Eventually, she moved to New York
to continue her studies at H.B. Studios and began auditioning. After a year, she
decided to move to Los Angeles to seek more opportunities.

Her recent credits include a recurring role on the new hit show, Bel-Air, Magnum P.I., Hacks, NCIS, The Rookie, and The L Word: Generation Q. Other credits consist of guest appearances on the critically acclaimed NBC series American Dreams, Criminal Minds, Franklin & Bash, Hart of Dixie, Seventh Heaven, Las Vegas, Without a Trace, and The Practice. She has also appeared in over fifty national commercials. Benita recently starred on stage as Trisha in Alan Ball’s, Five Women Wearing the Same Dress, at Two Roads Theater, in a standout
performance that garnered praise from Tom Waldman at "The Tolucan Times." Her latest film credit includes a supporting role in Knox Goes Away directed by the esteemed Michael Keaton. Other recent film credits include a lead in the BET Her film, Paper Friends, as well as the award winning short, Light in Dark Places.

After numerous auditions, she recognized the need for solid roles for African
Americans. As a result, she began writing and producing her own projects. She
produced and starred in the award winning web series The PuNanny Diaries as
Cozy, who takes control of her sex life by becoming celibate. She recently
completed production of the web series, The Dos and Don’ts of a Divorcée, for
which she was the writer, producer, and star. The show comedically explores life
after divorce when a severely depressed woman is unexpectedly dumped by her
husband, and how she struggles to keep her life and sanity together, while figuring
out what to do and not do as divorcée. She is currently in preproduction of her
short film, Something Amazing.
