How I can help: I have coached several actors of all ages on auditions ranging from heavy drama to kids TV shows, feature films to network comedies, and even dense commercial copy. No audition is too big or small. If you want advice or a coaching session, I'm happy to help OR if you just need me to say the other characters lines and stay out of your way, I'm also 100% happy to do that.
Since I'm new to We Audition, I'm not charging at the moment, but tips are always appreciated! They'll go straight to my kiddo's preschool bill LOL
Ben Begley is an actor/writer/comedian/producer with over 15 years of experience. His lack of athletic skills growing up led to a life of comedy, ranging from improv, stand-up, sketch, television and film. Like most comedians, Ben has a dark side and loves horror films, specifically writing bonkers and bloody scripts. His short films have been official selections at Shriekfest, Thriller Chiller, Sin City Horror Fest, and UK’s well-known Nightmares Film Fest. He created and wrote the horror comedy feature The Funhouse Massacre with his wife, Renee Dorian. The film stars Robert Englund, Jere Burns, Scottie Thompson, Clint Howard- now available on Amazon Prime and VOD.
Ben's TV appearances include: For All Mankind, 911: Lonestar, Supergirl, The Mindy Project, NCIS, The Crazy Ones, NCIS: Los Angeles, The Mentalist, Happy Endings, and Raising Hope. If you had a sneaky suspicion you’ve seen his mug before, it’s probably from one of his commercial campaigns for T-Mobile, Discover Card, Buick, Bud Light, Nationwide, Burger King, Comcast, to name a few. He's also hosted comedy shows for ABC, Marvel, and Reelz Channel, as well as performed stand-up around Los Angeles and Improv at the UCB Theatre.
