IMDb is going to show my actors resume, so I won’t go into that here, but I will highlight that I have an Emmy Nomination!

I was trained in the Meisner technique and studied at Playhouse West for my core training. I’ve taken countless audition courses and attended a fair share of casting workshops before the Covid lockdown.

I have two years of coaching acting for International Talent Showcase which helped develop relationships with casting directors and talent representatives across the country. I’m also Assistant Director at Youngker High School and own my own Professional development studio in Phoenix.

I normally charge $100/hour for 1 hour of Audition Coaching, so if you’d like an ultra deep dive, then contact me directly ashleyatwoodbiz@gmail.com. We will work hard on the nitty gritty of the piece making sure we’ve left no stone unturned.

On WeAudition I’ll focus on reading for your audition. I’m American with a standard accent and I’m better at Drama than comedy. I can easily do a western accent if needed, but in all honesty, CDs don’t care if the reader has the correct dialect or performance, it’s yours that matters.

15 minutes is really just enough time to put a couple of takes in the can. No real coaching involved, but helpful all the same.

30 minutes can get a little feedback between takes and taking your time to get what you need.

1 hour for longer auditions, it’ll be similar to the half hour option. If you have a co star and want the hour, I’ll ask a couple of questions and we’ll possibly have time to explore different takes and choices.
