Angeline Jara
Hi! I am Angeline Jara. I have been based in Los Angeles since 2016 doing mainly on-screen work, but got my start from acting in high school and community theater since 2007. As someone who has been self-taping since before the pandemic, I would love to lend a helping hand with your self-tape! Whether it be as a reader or as someone to help with audition prep, I can be of service - anyway to make your self-tape go as smoothly as possible!
Some of my work includes the short film "LING" created and directed by Dennis Liu ("Raising Dion") and co-created with Marie Iida ("Tidying Up with Marie Kondo), working alongside Darion Basco (The Fabulous Filipino Brothers) in "When We Danced," a short film written and directed by Ryan Moore ("Manny" documentary) that premiered at the Asian World Film Festival in November 2022, and "The Mission," a short film created by the American Society of Cinematographers as a standardized evaluation material for the film industry (https://theasc.com/asc/stem2).
