Hi there! I'm a drama school-trained actor and a director. I have a few years of experience in not only working with actors as a director, but also as a private coach and a casting director for my own projects. So, I can bring both the perspective of an actor as well as a director/casting director/producer to my coaching. And I love working with actors!
I recently won the Best Actor Award at the New York Women in Film & TV Film Festival. And I'm represented by WEG Talent.
One of my feature screenplays, The Mirage, has been championed by many esteemed individuals in the industry, including an Oscar-nominated Writer/Director, a legendary ICM Agent, and an Emmy Award-winning Producer. I also had a meeting with Netflix regarding my writing last year.
I'm a former employee of talent agency, ICM Partners. I graduated from the Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theatre and from the University of Pennsylvania.
I'm also fluent in Urdu and Hindi.
Ali Ahmed is an actor, screenwriter, and filmmaker represented by WEG Talent. He graduated from the Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theatre. He is also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Neuroscience and Film. He used to work at ICM Partners under the mentorship of a veteran agent.
