I am here to help you dig deep, mine out the memories, experiences and behaviors so that you can connect and be active in your choices. Be present, in the moment and to let go of your preconceived notion of trying to do something right and just be. There is no right. There is no trying to do something perfect. Humans are messy. We watch actors on TV/Film and Theater because they are open and vulnerable, existing and moving through their journey, processing their next steps, not because they are doing something perfectly right.

I am open to working with you as simply or as in depth as you want. I can just be the best reader you need me to be or we can work on something and mine out the well. Lets go, lets do this!
