Owen James (Born Neil Owen Cochrane on Jan. 28th, 1986) is an Irish actor from Craigavon, Co. Armagh, Northern Ireland. Having been involved with amateur dramatics and music throughout his teens, Owen enrolled in the Performing Arts course at Belfast Institute of Further & Higher Education (now called Belfast Metropolitan College). He went on to perform regularly around Northern Ireland in theatre, television, film and as a professional singer. In 2022, Owen began training with the Houde School of Acting, Cleveland, Ohio, and the Shelley Lowry School from Portadown, Northern Ireland, as well as receiving regular mentoring and additional training with the online UK based drama school Iampro.
