Hint: mine is whispering" and working with wild animals over 30+ years, which demands a no nonsense approach of being present. Animals can read you in an instance and don't BS. (Nonhumans include marine mammals like dolphins, whales, and seals, wild birds of prey, like falcons and owls, wild beach doves, and feral cats, plus behavioral work with horses and dogs!)
